Refund And Return Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at hello@mybestlifenutrition.com as soon as possible. Once we acknowledge your cancellation request, we will process it, and the refund will be issued within 15 business days.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
RETURN POLICY:
All our shipments are inspected carefully before dispatch. If you receive a product in the below-mentioned state, kindly notify us within 7 days.
7 DAY RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged, defective, or tampered with upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is past its expiration date.
- The order is incomplete or contains missing items
We will not accept the Returns under the following conditions:
- The product has been opened, used, or altered.
- The original packaging (e.g., cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
- The return request is made more than 7 days after the delivery date.
- The product was returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.
- Clearance items are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS:

- We will investigate and review your return request within 24 working hours.
- If based on our examination, the product is beyond use and in damaged condition, then we will request you to discard the product. In this case, we will extend you a replacement accordingly.
- In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location; you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
- After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
- Please note that replacement will depend upon stock availability.
REFUND POLICY:
We will not issue any refund under the following conditions:
- The product returned is noticeably damaged and/or tampered by you.
- The shipping address entered while placing the order was/is incorrect.
- The product has been consumed in part or full.
- The return request does not comply with our stated return policy.
We may issue refund under the following conditions:
- The ordered product is out of stock.
- The shipping address is unserviceable.
- The return request complies with our policy and the product is in good condition.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
- In the case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been placed. Only, once we receive the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed in 15 working days.
- There is no processing fee for returns or replacements. However, in case you request a replacement of your product with a higher-priced product, you will have to pay the difference amount accordingly.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS
While we strive for timely shipping, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Our customer management team will contact you with updates regarding any shipping issues.
JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
